We believe that leadership in the real estate market is built on integrity, therefore we guarantee that anyone can report, with complete security and without fear of reprisals, illegal conduct or violations of regulations.
Channel Scope
This channel is exclusively for receiving and processing reports related to:
Violations of national or European Union legal or regulatory provisions;
Practices contrary to the ethical principles and code of conduct of Golden Hour Real Estate;
Infractions occurring in the context of the agency's activity, its partners, or associated entities.
Important Note: This channel is not intended for commercial customer complaints (e.g., dissatisfaction with a service). For these situations, please use the Complaints Book (physical or electronic).
Who Can Report
Real estate employees and consultants (current and former);
Job applicants;
Service providers, suppliers, business partners and their teams; Clients or any third parties with a professional relationship with Golden Hour Real Estate.
How to File a Complaint
For your complete security, complaints can be submitted in two ways:
Identified: with the sharing of the complainant's data;
Anonymous: if you prefer not to reveal your identity.
All communications are treated with the strictest confidentiality, with access restricted only to expressly authorized persons.
Whistleblower Protection
Golden Hour Real Estate prohibits any form of retaliation against any person who reports in good faith, even if the reported facts are not confirmed. We guarantee:
Absolute confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and of any third parties mentioned;
Full protection against any type of harm, intimidation, or discrimination arising from the complaint.
Processing and Timelines
Complaints are analyzed independently and impartially by designated internal personnel (or by an external entity mandated for this purpose);
The process ensures the security of the information, its integrity and preservation in accordance with applicable legal deadlines;
We are committed to providing feedback to the whistleblower within a maximum of 3 months (whenever there is a means of contact), in full compliance with the GDPR.
Data Protection
The personal data collected will be processed in strict compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable legislation. They will be used exclusively for the purposes of preventing, detecting and correcting infringements, as well as for compliance with legal obligations, and will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary.
